Added DRUG.OB (Dragon Pharma) to the Portfolio.

Big-Drugs generics in China now (where they don't carry a patent), possibly in the industrial world later

I did some extensive analysis of their filings (10K, 10Q, 8K) and really liked what I saw. There was a thread created on SI recently and I posted a brief rehash of my findings there: Subject 49431
