Bush's poll numbers falling again. The majority of Americans now dislike his tax plans, handling of the economy and only support his war on Iraq if the UN backs it completely. This despite a rousing speech last week (however full of deceit the speech was) where he got a nice approval pop afterward. Expect the Bush numbers to keep falling into 2004. He'll settle at about 45% approvals by then, and less on the economy.
