Protein Design Labs to Acquire Eos Biotechnology, Inc.

Eos was a fairly active Medarex collaborator having both licensed the technology and entered into joint development projects with them.

In addition they had a conjugate development program together with Seattle Genetics.

This is starting to get complicated.
