Identix announces significant contract wins -- including today's announcement of a DoD purchase of a 5,400,000 user software license -- and you persist in your public lying by use of the libelous term "stock fraud."

Tell me, "Bill," how the Identix "fraud" is any different from your own description of a stock you are touting:

Message 18508504

We can agree on Identix quarterly reports and financials, and we can agree on their recent contract wins. That doesn't add up to anything illegal or shady. Calling the company names like that, however, is shady -- if not illegal. I'll let securities lawyers determine whether you are breaking the law or not with all your name calling.

Isn't it an amazing coincidence how your picks -- long or short -- match up to that of West Coast hedge fund? Not that there's anything wrong with that, "Bill."
