I am sure they are on someone's list. Problem is, they have a pretty good life up there in Minnesota, and an acquirer would probably come in and kick some butt. So they would't be to attuned to sell because they have no reason to. That would mean an unfriendly takeover, and that doesn't seem to happen in this industry. If I had the money, I would buy them and spin it off into three companies.
