No backtracking at all. You said that we had no health care system. We have no socialized health care system (well there is a lot of government involvement so even that claim can be disputed) but we definitely have a system for delivering health care.

I responded to what you posted. Sure I could try to guess at what you actually mean. I might even get pretty good at it, but if I guess wrong the conversation would get really weird. So instead I respond to what you post rather then guessing as to what you actually mean.
