One more item to factor in is up here in the Northwest we are 37% of normal on the snow pack. Actually was raining in the mountains last week.

That cheap hydro power may not be available next summer if we get a warm one.

My feeling is California may be right back to 2000 crisis stage in 2003 less Enron and other mickey mouse games.

Problem could be worse if the weather gets real hot.
