You keep rephrasing and asking the these same questions, SC. They get answered over and over, and then you come back with them again. Either, we, and/or the new Iraqi Government will review, arrest, try, convict, jail or release suspected "war crime" types.

Bill, I don't know why you seem to think that these questions have been answered by such a general statement.

You are experienced enough to know that the devil is in the details.

Don't you want to know these things before advocating an invasion?
