I agree that tobacco consumption will continue to decline in the USA and Canada.

MO benefits from lower US dollar as well.

I think China & Eastern Europe will do well.
Kraft & SAB Miller are pretty good assets too own.

It's hard to pass up MO's dividend compared to 5 year bond yielding 3%. Even if MO goes down, over the next 5 years, you may still be ahead.

I wonder about the effects of higher prices on smuggling.My preliminary target for 2003 is 47$
