Marek, I guess "Time is money" wasn't invented by a slave driver, but by a contractor who was answering somebody who was wasting their time, unbilled. "Look, I can't hang around here answering your questions. Time is money and I've gotta get moving". If my boss said to me "Time is money", I'd say "Damn straight! And I'm spending a LOT of time here, not to mention some overtime, so it's about time you paid for ALL my time, not just the nominal 40 hours I work." It wouldn't make me want to compete with a colleague. Where on earth did you get such a weird motivational idea? Mqurice
