Tom, too bad, this used to be one of the best informative threads on SI...........but as you say ego ( I call it testosterone) got in the way, and repitive postings______boring_______well, I am outta here, don't like to stay where I am not welcomed, besides as monsignore isopatch so elogantly stated, I have nothing to say anyway!
