Claude:

<<I do not like those low numbers too much. It is about 50/50 Pd, Pt and appears to have a fairly large strip ratio.>>

In an earlier PR, ARQ states: "the platinum:palladium ratio is approximately 0.5:1 and the platinum to gold ratio is approximately 2.5:1.

Regarding the strip ratio, my impression is that it's near surface at the margin and then slopes down at about 40 degrees. One of the attractive things about the ARQ deposit is that it may become the "starter pit" for Friedman's much larger continuation of the same deposit next door -- which is deeper due to the slope. Take a look at some of the cross sections on the website.

Regarding the grades, if 1 gpt is a good guide for a gold deposit, why shouldn't it work for a combined Pt/Pd/Au deposit -- especially when there are significant base metal credits? The average price of Pt and Pd is significantly higher than the POG.

Another reason I like ARQ is that this is only one of many prospective properties they have on the Platreef.

Best regards,
Howy
