For a lesson on bankruptcy see the Zenith thread archives. I just posted there because of a Forbes article.

We stockholders lost in bankruptcy court and now Koo will be using Zenith to sell to Americans.

One of the interesting things on the Zenith is my account still has Zenith listed at a pittance even with the bankruptcy. Doesn't make sense.

Are there any stockholder lawsuits in progress with regard to WCOM?
