I know you are serious about Q and cybermoney. Same as Jules Verne was about flying to the moon. Fact is though, he wrote it up once and then started to think of other subjects, for instance about 20.000 miles under the sea;

btw, did you know, he wrote about TV - and than was in 1870s? I guess if you dug in, you would eventually find out he already wrote about Q and cybermoney as well. So, maybe... given the appropriate URL you could assume the subject has been taken care of and move on.
