I think repap do not have any other choce other than issuing stock.
According to 1996 annual report, all canadian assets were 1.6 billion excluding B.C.
Today news said repap will be left with 510 mil debt after this.
1.6 bil-510 mill =1.090 bil assets. 1090 mil devided by new total share of 750 mil is $1.45.
If repap can get about 80% of this book value is $1.16. this could be a real bargain?
THIS JUST MY OPIONION.
please review annual report, and comments !
