Yes, there are a number of lawsuits being filed as "class action" cases. Sorry, I just threw the paperwork out and dont know the names. Reason being that I was advised these class action things take years and in the end the "stockholder" gets a thank you certificate good for a slice of pizza at your local K-Mart...........sic.
What WCOM stockholders should get is 100% tax relief from IRS because it was criminal action, not bad investment that caused the loss! Yea! I know, tell it to the Marines! ggggggg
