Its usually a felony in most states to practice law without a license.....<g> Technically...Clinton was fined by the federal Court for misleading it...i.e., failing to answer questions put by the Judge in a truthful manner and I believe, for submitting into evidence affidavits he knew to contain false testimony. He was fined for this reprehensible and fraudulent behavior. Clinton was never convicted for his obvious perjury before the Jones Court or the federal grand jury, although anyone who maintains he did not perjure himself, obstruct justice, tamper with witnesses, etc., also probably believes OJ is out there looking for the real killer...... hehehehehehe
