What is your basis for criticizing it?

The basis for your post is steeped in conservative ignorance that it is actually a bother to have to answer it...so I did ignore it.

I am sure you know that more than 40 million people in this country have no health insurance at all and that number is going up. The uninsured are more likely to have poorer health and to die at an earlier age than people who do have insurance. That US has rudamentary social Health care programs at best compared to most considerably poorer European nations.
