You really are demented. No one ignored the results of an election: Bush won. Secrecy is necessary in many aspects of defense. Detention is also a normal part of police activity. The only difference is that there is a wider ability to detain without judicial review in limited cases. The government is not assassinating US citizens, and no one is proposing a war of conquest. Yes, Bush is judged by his actions. So far, he is a great president.....
