It turns out that CGRM recently completed its stock repurchase plan quite some time ago. I suspect that that was one of the main reasons for the stock strength until recently. It's a bit discouraging that it's been drifting down again.

It would have been quite comical if all the insiders you noted sold at the same time CGRM was buying shares back! CGRM removes shares from the market at the same times insiders dump shares back into the pool.
