Did anyone else hear about this "error" that happened yesterday on the trading in mini-s&p futures on the CME?

Lesson learned...next time you go to place an order (say to buy those 100 gold future contracts) don't forget to check and see that you entered an order to buy 100 contracts, not 10000 or 100000 <vbg>
