Is there anyone sympathetic to stockholders at the national level reg. WCOM and taxes? Certainly there was no one in the Clinton administration sympathetic to us on the Zenith. We lobbied our own Congressman and Senators----and brought as much attention to the Zenith debacle as possible. You are right about the length of time for resolution on these lawsuits----justice is slow. Having fought the Zenith battle I don't care to get involved Rather focus on other things that are in the present and conserve energy for those things that matter now. Love the marines but don't think they could help---need them on other fronts. mj
