Maybe our courts have flaws..but at least we have the presumption of innocent until PROVEN guilty.
Iraq is guilty until proven innocent.
And until the UN can show HARD evidence we should follow the same doctrine with Iraq as we use in our courts.

I won't argue that Saddam is evil..but i won't discount he's made to sound more evil than he really is through our propaganda machine.
