Chat FATS
JAMES..This company has a great future, great sales force, and has many contact with foreign countries. True the National Guard's problem is strickley a paper problem and lack of experience to resolve it. Generally, A National Guard unit processes the same budget year after year with very little changes.
.
FATS should have done the paperwork for the National Guard, . Each National Guard company has a money cap. To by-pass the problem FATS must go to the Dept of Defense and sell the system and have it added to FY 97/98 budget. I know there are a few RETIRED Generals working for FATS.

The system will sell itself when it comes to State and City Law Enforcement units. The system is easy to off set the savings to pay for the systems..
