Well, it is tomorrow, Powell has given his speech; it sounded pretty good to me. Most notably to me, Powell connected Saddam to Al Qaeda, and the ricin attacks on UK and France. Plus there was the part about gas experiments on prisoners. I think France and Germany will be alone in their protestations. If France uses their veto power to marginalize the Un, when almost everybody else in NATO agrees with the US, then France itself will have made the UN insignificant.
