Carl, Amy appeared to be justifying and defending Dunlap's gifts from the shareholders. The engineers in Intel are the foundation of the company, not the overpaid talking heads. The talking heads get the big bucks and the engineers are passed out worthless options. Not a good way to plan for the future. Steve
