Sam,

I don't think buying back stock is the right move at this point. RGFX needs their cash to support their growth over the next year or so. In fact, RGFX has reported in the 10K that they may not have enough cash on hand to get them past the end of the year. They mentioned that they may have to tap in to their credit or other forms of financing.
