With the Lone Star's unfortunate weather patterns and an obvious disregard for conserving natural resources, it gives me smug feelings watching your fellow residents crank up the A/C back at the ranch with three Ford Excursions sporting dead cow parts on the front grills in the half-acre driveway.

Whether or not you can avoid blackouts is up to the IPP's that serve Texas and FERC.
