quarter from a year ago due to the disposition of the company's medical
product line in December and a decrease in electrotherapy product sales.
Sparta Surgical Corp., Pleasanton, Calif., develops, manufactures and
markets specialty surgical and non-invasive electrotherapy devices to the
healthcare industry.
