(off topic)

I was at a recent dinner, where there were a couple of investment bankers and analysts. They thought that Pacific Growth Equities would have the market for IPOs/secondaries to themselves in a couple of years, all other banks having abandoned all but a few big names in the sector. Any other banks in this position? Any way to play the next round of underwriters, or are these outfits always closely held??
