So every place we have troops, we own??? Interesting concept... ~SB~ Message #354222 from J_F_Shepard at Feb 5, 2003 4:40 PM "Panama owns the Panama Canal." Sure, like Iraq will own the oil wells after we invade there...under a dictator appointed by us..... A Chinese company operates it and most Chinese companies have ties to their army. But our troops are still there, not so???
