That restructuring charge hurt. But, that's out of the way now. I hope. I thought the house cleaning was over and done with in the first half of last year. Certainly the management level has stabilized since then. I suppose it took the "new" management some time to evaluate the corporate situation to the level where they could determine how deep to cut without discombobulating (that's a techie term) ongoing operations. I found it interesting that they had several LARGE contracts. That's both good and bad. Those suckers take a while to close. I'd rather have 70 zillion smaller ones. Get them up and running, then sit back and collect the 18% annual maintenance revenues. Love that software business model !! The HIPAA requirement for health services to be compliant by Oct '03 could create some huge opportunities for near term future business. Maybe a windfall for the next 3 qtrs? Holding long and mild. (well, not weak, not strong, so ... mild works, I guess) Regards, TED
