Something else to consider is how many of these other M.E. countries will pursue nuclear weapons once Iraq acquires them. Some countries will opt for U.S nuclear protection, others will not. Saudi Arabia has been reported to have visited Pakistan's nuclear facilities. Are they thinking of buying some to counter Saddam? Are we prepared to have nukes throughout the M.E. in the midst of all these islamic fundies?
