Although the case was slated to go to court by now, we're apparently only in the pretrial motion stage, if even that. IR contact says "I understand the trial is scheduled to begin March 3." Case# is CV791094. Unfortunately, Santa Clara County Superior Court doesn't have a calendar for civil cases online, so I don't even know which courthouse -- there are three where civil cases are heard -- is the venue.
