You are truly a brick wall my friend. Perjury is testimony that is both knowingly false and also material. Just read the definition of perjury you posted yourself. Note the word "material" then look it up in a law dictionary. A deposition in a case summarily dismissed can not possibly be material. I've written this so many times that there can't possibly any use in doing it again. Ask our self-proclaimed internet chat room lawyer JLA. Maybe he'll explain it. Steve
