A deposition in a case summarily dismissed can not possibly be material. Suppose the false testimony is what got the case dsimissed? Is it material then? You got a legal cite for that harebrained opinion? 1. It was material. "Pattern of behavior", remember? 2. It was false. And Slick surely knew THAT better than anyone else at the time. Although DNA would have proven the point later had he persisted in his lie. Ask our self-proclaimed internet chat room lawyer JLA. Maybe he'll explain it. Sure.
