Wolf, thanks for a well thought out post.
1. I don't know much about the rights process. You seem to have a decent grasp. In your opinion, will the date of record be a date out in the future, or, do you think it a date which has passed? I ask because my thinking is; how do I contribute to the companys capital needs? I do not want to invest any more funds in this company. So, I sell stock to the market and buy stock back from the company, using my rights, in a ratio of 4 rights for every share I buy. That gives the company fresh capital, which it appears to definitely needs.
2. You said <In my opinion then as at January 31 there is approximately $1,222 US in interim financing of some type which will become evident on the Feb 28 statements.>
I assume you mean she must have generated cash internally, out of working capital. Any logical alternatives that I can think of, would have required a NR. Never a dull moment with this company! Fox.
