The burden of "the rich" actually will increase under the Bush plan-- as a percentage of all revenues. The rich may get a cut, but they will pay a greater percentage of the revenue collected. So much for a cut. Anyone who receives a salary pays FICA. The businesses that pay these people share the burden for FICA and Medicare. The businesses are owned by "the rich", yet you conveniently overlook that. ~SB~
