The burden of "the rich" actually will increase under the Bush plan-
I agree, but only because the total burdon on the country as a whole is going to increase so much. Many of the rich may flee to other countries but most will be caught in the long depressing cycle of debt that is the future for America if we continue on this path of Voodoo economic sequel.
