Pessimism or Realism? interesting question! Bernie has had 6 - 7 years to show us something. Bernie wants to sell Skynet, but his price is "astronomical & unreasonable" (to quote an article). Bernie is not a business man. He's an accountant, a "Beanie" (rhymes with Bernie). He has done well at financing, but terrible at business decisions. The last 6 years proves that. I believe that the possible suitors for LOR know this. The mood at SS/L is doom and gloom. Are they pessimistic? Every week a few more heads roll with more to come. I believe that pessimism implies an unreasonable expectation of doom. I do not believe my expectations are unreasonable. I have 20K shares of LOR in my 401K that I would love to see at $30 / share instead of $0.30 / share. I know that wishing doesn't get it done.
