Thanks for response. From what I understand the tender date expired and now it will take longer for me to cash in my shares. Was told that AALR is forwarding form to my broker and broker will contact me - will still get $15.50 a shares - which, of course, I was concerned about. I am learning the hard way! Coincidently, I also hold CHPS which is being bought out by INTC - same kind of cash deal, but this time I will be ready!
