Tim, Thanks "What did Pottruck, CEO of Schwab Corp, receive and how did he contribute value to Intel stockholders? Could you elucidate us on the highlighted part of my question? Only the uneducated are "fooled" when options to directors and corporate officers are a matter of public record. I admit to falling into that category. Most people are uneducated or ignorant about something, but it is curable with knowledge. However, only a very few people are blessed with knowledge of everything. You are a very lucky fellow, except for your Intel stock becoming worthlesser and worthlesser due to dilution problems. Take care...humble carl
