I TRADE A LOT OF STOCKS, I SHORT A LOT OF FRAUDS...MANY OF THE FRAUDS ARE UNDER ATTACK BY MANY SHORT SELLERS. JUST ABOUT ANY ACTIVE TRADER WILL HAVE A PORTFOLIO WHICH WILL MATCH UP WITH SOME MUTUAL FUND'S POSITIONS, HEDGE FUND'S POSITIONS ETC. I HAVEN'T STUDIED WEST HIGHLAND'S POSITIONS, BUT I WOULD BE WILLING TO BET THAT THEY HAVE TONS OF STOCKS WHICH I NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT. 3)Why do you refer to "we" in some of your messages if you are an "individual investor"? Who is the "we" in the following statements of yours? We presume Earthshell's last-ditch financing effort through Acqua Wellington to be a variation of a "toxic convertible". We believe that this is simply a cover story. We actually spoke to one of the engineers at Toyota. "WE" REFERS TO MY FRIENDS (OTHER INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS) AND I. ON OCCASION, I WILL POOL MONEY WITH OTHER INVESTORS WHEN WE WANT TO TAKE AN UNUSUALLY LARGE POSITION. 4)Were you referring to yourself when you said, "Gosh, I wonder who could have possibly bought this fraud to the attention of short hedgies?" (It sure sounded that way). And if so, which hedge funds were you referring to and what is your relationship with them? YES. AS FAR AS WHO I GAVE THE IDEA TO...IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
