I don't blame Saddam for 9/11, because there is no evidence linking him to it. I don't blame you either, for the same reason.

Saddam does not fund that much terrorism. Your sources have misinformed you. Iran, however, funds Hamas, and several other organizations. The Saudis fund many terrorist organizations, as does Syria. Iraq did fund a militant anti- Iranian group.

Saddam isn't going to end anything. Saddam just wants to keep his country in tact, and remain leader of it. He bankrupted his state with the Iran/Iraq war, and didn't want to pay Kuwait back for loans. he is not interested in the entire world. Kuwait is the size of a postage stamp, and that was the pretty much the scope of his ambition, after he lost (or failed to win) the devastating 10 year war with Iran. Saddam is nothing but a convenient bogeyman to distract us with slight of hand from the fact that the actual terrorists responsible for 9/11 are 1. still operating and 2. not easily locatable and NOT connected to any particular country (although they are most connectable to our "ally" Saudi Arabia.
