Oh golly. I'm quaking with fear. I strongly encourage you to send these "government market overseers" my way. As far as calling Dr. Lampert. I already talked to him once. he already confirmed that REFR's press release was misleading. If you are an individual shareholder, then it isn't short-sellers "attacking" your stock....it's the fraudulent misrepresentations by REFR management and the pump and dump activity which hurt REFR.
