I marvel that you fail to see the fallacy here. Because you fail to catch a plane scheduled to leave at 6:00AM does not mean your biological identity has changed. You are still as human as ever, whether you catch the plane or not. That you would declare yourself inhuman on the basis of missing the plane is just not rooted in science at all. The only reason our law is arbitrary here is because humans refuse to follow the objective facts to where they lead. This sort of intellectual dishonesty is de riguer amongst so-called "scientific" thinkers. Truth to them, as Johnson tells us, is like a cow that yields no more milk. So, they run off to milk the bull.
