After getting no response, then several very unsatisfactory response from IR, the CEO called me, and spent half an hour or so explaining the company.

These Littoral craft are catamarans. They would be somewhat smaller than those currently used for European ferries. Construction would be sub-contracted. TTN is interested primarily for what goes on and in them, arguing that is worth more over the lifetime of the vessel.
