I once believed much of the same things you do Brian. But when you take 1 Corinthians 15:22-28 to it's conclusion(which is by the way after Revelation) you can only say that God will be "all in all". That's everyone/all/all mankind. Everyone is included in God's plan, but each in his own order. And, I think you'll agree, He is a sovereign God.
Ephesians 1:11 In whom also we were taken as an inheritance, according to the purpose of Him who energiseth all things according to the counsel of His will.
Isaiah 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.
1 Timothy 4:10&11 Therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, for we trust in the living God, who is the savior of all men, especially(not exclusively) of those who believe. These things charge and teach.
