Carrier Watch, Day 17 - looks like the Nimitz and the Kitty Hawk are being sent to the Persian Gulf, which would make six. Six!!!!! If the Kitty Hawk is deployed to the Gulf, the Vinson will stand watch at Japan and Korea. Which may indicate that North Korea is cooling down. dailypress.com Except I still can't figure out what the Stennis is doing. Laying pretty danged low for an aircraft carrier.
