Thomas, I had the exact same thought when I watched Powell's presentation: Why were those Al Qaeda camps in the Kurd terrority still in existence? I mean given the US and Britain continually bomb that area anyway, wouldn't America, due to 9/11, have a moral imperative to destroy them?

Any of you war advocates got an answer for this? I'd appreciate hearing it.
